Questions
What happens after the first 12 months?
You move to the standard price for your band: Starter £49/mo, Growth £99/mo, Scale £249/mo, Enterprise £499/mo. Nothing changes about the product and there is no penalty or contract. Billing simply reverts to the normal rate.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. If your income moves into a different band during the year, contact us and we will adjust your plan. If you are in your first 12 months, your £49/month rate is preserved for the full 12 months regardless of which band you move to.
Is there a free trial?
Every sign-up starts with a 14-day free trial. Every feature is included and no card is required. Cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing. Subscribe before 30 September 2026 and you lock in £49/month for your first 12 months.
What counts as annual income?
Your total income for the last financial year as filed with the Charity Commission, Companies House, or your country equivalent. We use the honour system and do not audit.
