Add your donors
Upload a CSV (in any condition), connect your CRM, or add by hand. Multi-year deals supported. Renewal dates carry forward automatically.
Donor records include the basics (name, company, contact, amount, date) plus update schedule (monthly, quarterly, six-monthly, annually) and notes. For corporate donors, auto-fetches their company logo from their website.

Capture what their donation paid for
Bullet points. Numbers. A photo or two. Three minutes is enough. Our writing engine turns it into a polished narrative.
You feed in the raw facts. We write a story the donor cares about, not a corporate summary. Cash donations, volunteering hours, gifts in kind, pro bono work: every type of contribution handled. Edit any line, regenerate any section, save drafts. Donor name and company woven through every paragraph.

Publish a branded impact page
Your logo. The donor at the centre. A shareable link they will forward without being asked.
Auto-pulls your logo and tagline from your website. The page renders cleanly on mobile, desktop and PDF. View tracking shows you who opened it and when. Supporters can leave comments directly on the page. Every share is tracked so you know how far the link travelled.

Renew without the chase
Renewal alerts surface 90 days out. One screen shows you everything due this week, next week, and overdue.
Renewals, updates, and thank-yous in one view. No overwhelm. Each task expands to a one-click action: send recap, log conversation, mark outcome. Snooze any task for seven days.

Repeat every month. Show the board at year end.
This is not a once-a-year exercise. The loop runs all year: every donation, every update, another page. When the board meets, press one button and the whole year compiles into a consultancy-grade PDF for your trustees, and one for each donor company.
Two report types: a trustees report covering your whole giving portfolio for your own board, and a per-donor report you hand to a corporate sponsor to show their board or CSR team exactly what their support achieved. Branded cover, both logos, real numbers.
Why this matters
